Series

Product family. PrimeLine is Ex Zone 1/21. OptiLine is Ex Zone 2/21/22. TechLine (industrial, non-Ex) will appear here when that range is in the catalogue.

Zone

ATEX gas zone of the luminaire. PrimeLine is tagged Zone 1 (the certificate also covers Zone 2). Dust zones 21/22 follow the series, not this filter.

Function

How the luminaire is used. General = normal lighting. Internal battery = emergency lighting with a battery in the luminaire. Central battery = emergency lighting supplied from a central battery system.

Length

Overall length of the luminaire housing. PrimeLine typically uses 670 mm and 1270 mm bodies.

Diffuser

Cover over the LEDs: frosted, opal or transparent. It changes light distribution and glare. Opal is not combined with the HT (high temperature) range.

Gland size

Metric thread of the cable gland entries on the enclosure, typically M20 or M25.

Gland layout

How many cable entries the luminaire has and how they are arranged (for example 1, 2 or 5 glands). This decides if through-wiring is possible.

Terminals

Number of poles in the terminal block (3, 5 or 7). Some emergency subtypes lock this: CBX = 3-pole, CBY = 5-pole.

Ambient range

Ambient temperature rating. Standard is the default Ta. HT = high temperature, LT = low temperature (SKU suffixes). Availability depends on function and diffuser.
